Turnkey warehouse construction for Riddhi Siddhi in Ajman Industrial Area. The project was delivered as a complete package from civil foundations through structural steel, MEP systems, and final finishes — ready for the client's storage and distribution operations.
Scope of Work
- Steel Structure: 8,000 sqm portal frame warehouse with 10m clear internal height, 4 loading dock bays, and 500 sqm mezzanine office area with ACP cladding
- Civil Works: Bored pile foundations, 200mm reinforced concrete ground floor slab, boundary walls, guard house, and external hardstanding with heavy-duty interlocking pavers
- MEP Systems: Complete electrical distribution, industrial lighting, fire alarm system, wet sprinkler system, HVAC for office areas, and plumbing throughout
- External Works: Landscaping, car parking, external drainage, and perimeter security fencing with automated gate
Key Achievements
- Full turnkey delivery completed in 11 months from mobilisation to handover
- Ajman Municipality and Civil Defence approvals obtained without re-submissions
- Building handed over fully fitted and ready for client operations
- Client subsequently engaged Atlas for annual facility maintenance
